How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or request an exchange for your item, as long as it meets our return policy conditions.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Sale items are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged only if they are faulty or incorrect.
Can I exchange or return custom-made orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized orders.
What are the conditions for returning or exchanging an item?
The item must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original packaging
With the original tags and labels attached
Accompanied by the invoice or packing slip
Who pays for the return shipping?
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll reimburse your return shipping cost as an online credit voucher.
If it’s a non-faulty exchange, the customer covers the return shipping and any additional charges.
How will I receive my refund?
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 14 working days after we receive your return to process the refund.
