🕒 Returns Period

Your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure the best service experience, please follow these return guidelines:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refund Requests: Refunds will not be processed beyond this 14-day window.
  • Return Method: All online orders must be returned via post.
  • Clearance Sale Items: Returns are not accepted on items marked as clearance sale.

🔄 Return Resolution

We offer full refunds to the original payment method for items returned within the 14-day period, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in selling condition, unworn, and folded neatly in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • No tag = no return or exchange.
  • Please include the Packing Slip or Invoice inside the return box. Missing documents may delay your refund.
  • No exceptions will be made to these conditions.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 working days after we receive your returned item.
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If you paid via credit note, the refund will be applied back to the same credit note.

🧾 Credit Note Policy

  • You may opt to receive a credit note instead of a refund.
  • Credit notes are processed within 2–3 days of receiving the returned item.

🚚 Return & Delivery Cost Policy

  • Buyers are responsible for all return and delivery costs.
  • If your order originally qualified for free delivery (order total over £100), and after the return the value drops below £100, a £5 standard delivery fee will be deducted from your refund to cover initial shipping costs.

⚠️ Damaged Items & Issues

Inspect Upon Receipt

  • Items must be returned in resellable condition, unworn, in original packaging, and with the tag still attached.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

  • Items worn or used cannot be returned—even if found to be faulty after use.
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

📦 Trackable Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your returns. While we aim to ensure smooth returns, we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are untracked. Tracking helps resolve issues if anything goes missing during transit.

Exchange Policy

  • Any product purchased from Perfect Designers online store is eligible for exchange via the online store only, provided it is unused and the label and tag are intact in their original condition.
  • For sale items, exchanges will only be offered for valid reasons, such as receiving a faulty or incorrect item.
  • Our exchange policy is valid within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For international orders, we do not offer exchanges unless the item received is incorrect or faulty.
  • Custom orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we will reimburse the return shipping cost in the form of an online credit voucher.
  • If the exchange is due to any non-faulty reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any additional exchange charges advised by our support team.
